Posted by Tim Nokes on

Here at Campus we make every possible effort to be as welcoming as possible to as many people as possible. It is from this starting point we decided to create a time and space for toddlers to use the skatepark. Since starting this initiative these sessions have grown hugely in popularity and we are now proud to say that we will be offering toddler takeover every Monday and every Thursday morning 10am to 12pm.  Thanks to everybody that has come along and supported these sessions.

For those of you that don't already know this Lovenskate are a super rad London based skateboard company who practice the art of hand screen printing their decks. We think this is some thing worth shouting about so although this edit is a little bit older it's totally worth a watch. Check our store for the latest Lovenskate drop

Slappy Skate Co.

Posted by Tim Nokes on

If you didn't already know Andre (one of the dudes behind Campus) hails from South Africa. From getting to know Andre over the years and hearing of his stories from "back home" its clear that South Africa has it's own unique take on skateboarding.

When the general scene sometimes feels obsessed with boutique shops, pink dad hats and general zooted yoot style brands. Slappy Skate Co. somehow feels like the perfect opposite and sometimes that feels refreshing and good. Watch the clip below to find out more and if the feeling takes you why not buy one of these hand screened boards from our store.
